A one-day workshop on Saturday 24 March, 10.00 am to 4.00 pm

All our modern chronic illnesses are inflammatory - heart disease, arthritis, asthma, obesity and type 2 diabetes, psoriasis and eczema, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's and many more.  Could chronic inflammatory illness be linked with what is going on in our gut? Come and learn about this connection - the microbiome, leaky gut, food intoxicants and intolerances and pollutants in general - and what each of us can do regarding diet and lifestyle to stay healthy or reverse many inflammatory symptoms from which we may be suffering.
