A two-day workshop on Saturdays 3 and 10 March, 10.00 am to 4.00 pm

Ayurveda is the ancient healing system of India, rooted in the principle that spirit, mind and body are inextricably linked.  In this workshop you will learn about your Ayurvedic Constitution and how inappropriate diet and lifestyle lead to certain symptoms and disease and what you can do to bring balance into your life.  Ayurveda believes that all disease begins in the gut.  Today, modern scientific research supports that belief. We will explore this current information and the link between leaky gut and chronic illness, especially autoimmune disease.
